Subscription Billing
WorkflowRun is sold as a subscription software service. Charges are billed in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
General Refund Approach
As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
Exceptional Cases
We may provide full or partial refunds at our discretion in limited situations, including duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or other exceptional circumstances.
